At the age of 16, fueled by my deep interest in nutrition, I took on the ambitious project of writing my very own nutrition book. It helps me get away from daily stress and focus on the here and now. Sports

Sports have always been a significant part of my life, and I have a diverse range of interests that keep me active and engaged. Tennis is my passion, and I relish the competitive spirit and the exhilaration of the game. Hiking allows me to connect with nature and explore breathtaking landscapes, providing a much-needed escape from the routine. Dance is not just a form of exercise for me; it's a way to express myself creatively and let go of inhibitions.
